We are seeking ÈâÊÓƵmembers to join a small working group to oversee the next stage of BAPM’s planned Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) work. You do not need to be an expert in this field, but someone who is interested in ensuring that ÈâÊÓƵis a safe, welcoming and inclusive organisation.

The initial projects identified are:

• Undertake a review of the data ÈâÊÓƵcollects on members and volunteers to enable us to better measure how representative ÈâÊÓƵvolunteers are of the wider membership.
• Develop an inclusive language guide for ÈâÊÓƵpublications.

It is envisaged that this work will take approximately six months and involve 2-3 virtual meetings, although more may be scheduled if needed. All meetings will be virtual. No previous experience of ÈâÊÓƵworking groups is required.
